What can I do if my Membership isn’t Working?

Hey Penguins,

Have you or your parent ever purchased a Membership for Club Penguin Island and it didn’t update to your Penguin’s account? Well we have a way to hopefully resolve that issue for you. 

  1. Open up Club Penguin Island and at the Menu, tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap Sign In (If you’re not already signed in as the selected Penguin that you purchased the Membership for).
  3. Tap Restore Subscription.
  4. Enter your Age.

The app will now attempt to restore your subscription. If you receive an Error Message, please contact the Club Penguin Island Support Team. In your message, include your Username of the penguin you’re trying to restore a subscription for. We hope that this has resolved your issue with your Penguin’s Membership, and you can enjoy the full access of Club Penguin Island. Until next time,
