How to Cancel your Club Penguin Island Subscription on iOS?

Hey Penguins,

We understand that for some Club Penguin Island players money is tight some months, and you must cut off your Club Penguin Island Membership for a few months, or your parents don’t want to pay for it every month. So you want to learn how to property cancel it so you don’t get charged still for it. We have a guide on how to cancel your Club Penguin Island Subscription on iOS.

1. Open the App Store.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap on your Apple ID.
3. Tap View Apple ID to open the Account page. (You may need to confirm your Apple ID password to continue).
4. Tap Subscription.
5. Tap Club Penguin Island.
6. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Now your Membership won’t renew on the renewal date anymore until you re-activate it. But you will still have Membership until that renewal date, then it’ll be over. If you are still unsure how to do this, ask a Parent or Email Club Penguin Island Support (support@clubpenguinisland.com) Until next time,

Waddle On!

  2. I tried to cancel this subscription but there is no Cancel Subscription button like all the other Apps. This is a recurring bill and we have never subdcribec to this. Leads me to believw this is a scam.
